Help with sleeping is easy!
How many times have you tossed and turned thinking, “ I can’t get to sleep”; then worrying about waking up if you do go to sleep, and then becoming afraid that you won’t be able to function if you don’t get some sleep. You say over and over “I can’t sleep.” It just gets worse and worse. Sometimes it is even called insomnia.
The National Sleep Foundation reports that one in four people in America take a pill to help with sleep problems.
It would be nice to think that a pill can solve your sleep problems quickly. However, sleep medications don’t cure insomnia, and they can often make the problem worse in the long run.
Sleep problems are one of the easiest conditions to treat with hypnosis, because hypnosis is one of the easiest ways to relax very deeply.
And the only side effect is a good night’s sleep.
Many of my clients tell me after our first session that they have never been so relaxed in their life. If you are in hypnosis and you are tired it is very likely you will fall asleep. In many cases, I can simply teach you how to easily go into self-hypnosis (click here) at bedtime, and you will have the skills to sleep deeply whenever you choose.
If you find that you toss and turn because of worry, tension, stress, fear, and anxiety, then it necessary to also work on developing skills to effectively cope with anxiety (click here). This can easily be done in a few more sessions, with the added benefit that you become generally more calm and relaxed in your life!
